From PVREA: Crews were able to restore power to members off our Livermore and Goodwin substations. We have 448 members without power in the upper Poudre Canyon. PVREA crews still have not been able to gain access to our 69 kv transmission line to assess damages. Therefore, we are looking into how we can restore power to our members without using our 69 kv transmission line. Members should expect to remain without power into the afternoon. PVREA will continue to provide updates for our members as often as we can.
